Our employees thrive here by living our values: we support each other as we strive to find a better way, we move fast with discipline and purpose, and we do the right thing always.Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Juárez Sur.Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, the Business Systems Analyst role involves responsible for analyzing complex business problems in order to solve them with automated systems and will also be responsible for designed details for automated systems in order to make them more efficient and providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, in order to provide consultation to users in the area of automated systemsWhat a typical day looks like:- Determinate required improvements on the systems, managing its proper implementation in order to meet customer requirements.- Analyze new requirements- Define requirements specifications to define methods and procedures related to new assignments- Write functional and technical specifications for developers- Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in a creative and cost-effective way- Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones.- Monitor project progress, timelines and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.- Verify newly developed processes- Develop reports according to user requirements- Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of multiple factors- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain qualified and motivated staff.The experience we're looking to add to our team:- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in addition of related experience- Experience and general knowledge of computerized databases.- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Basic functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.- Skills in functional/ technical area.
