**Business Unit Manager**

Responsible for complying with the client's demands within the stipulated time, making sure to take care of the integrity of all associates coordinating the activities of (Production, Maintenance and Engineering).

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all associates and members of the unit respect our processes, keeping all customers satisfied.
- Control production.
- Daily reports on production standards.
- Responsible for the maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Participate in Cost Reduction programs
- Zero accidents
- Maintain quality PPMs
- Comply with shipments on time
- Achieve productivity and always seek to exceed it
- Reduce downtime
- Continuous improvement
- Cost reduction

**Additional Position Information/Details & Education and Experience**
- Industrial, Electronical or Mechanical Engineering Degree
- Master's degree is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
