Follow up on the accomplishment of the skills assessment matrix, assuring personnel capable of executing maintenance activities distributed across all crews attacking MTTr.Keep basic standards of 5S's and 5T's in maintenance areas and spare crib, ensuring correct waste segregation according to environmental standards and repair parts.Follow up on quality issues through DIM, leading machine issues by applying BP's and SPW tools.Manage daily data collection to address losses of the lines, supporting 13 KPIs of Stellantis Production System.Develop strategies to improve TC to reduce expenses related to manpower, MM&S, and purchased services.Implement BP established on SPW based on technical domains.Responsible for planning weekly manpower for all maintenance leaders and specialists. Evaluate and plan the needs of maintenance during production shutdown.Assure feedback to VPE team, CoC, and OEM to prevent issues and assure maintainability of installed and new equipment.Support all initiatives to reach SPS targets according to WTB plan.
