Based in our **Saltillo, MX **location, you will be in charge of quote, process and track all MRO orders, propose and select alternative suppliers, conduct supplier' biddings and ensure inventory accuracy on MRO items. Under your responsibility you will also provide alternatives in cost reductions.**AS AN MRO BUYER, YOU WILL**:- Keep records of suppliers' scorecard- Buy supplies for the spare parts room when inventories reach their min-max levels.- Conduct preliminary negotiations with vendors.- Ensure supplier's compliance and reliability according to company's policies.- Report discrepancies in purchase orders- Maintains suppliers filing current and up to date.- Prepare internal reports for supplier's spending and others as requested.- Maintains an attendance report.**WHO YOU ARE**:You act with a sense of confidentiality and privacy but most important on an ethical way.
