CaaS (Container as a Service) INFRASTRUCTURE LEADCountry: MexicoAs a CaaS Lead, your mission is to develop, implement, optimize, and maintain cloud-based solutions. You will be responsible for deploying and debugging cloud stacks, educating teams on new cloud initiatives, and ensuring our container as a service systems meet the needs of our organization and customers.We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:Engineering expertise in designing traditional and cloud architectures.Take responsibility for the testing, installation, integration, and/or maintenance of IT systems and platforms for our customers' transformation projects.Review existing solutions, implement new services, or shift existing solutions into the cloud.Produce documentation, and manage project schedules, status, and resources.Conduct product evaluations and communicate best practices.Develop, implement, optimize, and maintain cloud-based solution deployments in RedHat or similar container as a service platform. Responsible for deploying and debugging cloud stacks, collaborating with teams on new cloud initiatives, and ensuring our cloud CaaS platform meets the needs of our organization and customers.Provide engineering operational support for products (L3 support).EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION+ 5 years' experience as a CaaS Engineer or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGERequiredSolid experience in the design, implementation, and management of complex distributed IT applications and infrastructure.Experience with RedHat or similar container as a service platform.Knowledge of cloud computing benefits, concepts, and principles.Experience designing, building, migrating, or transforming customer solutions to the cloud.Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.History of successful consulting and architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.Successful team player always ready to lend a hand and reach out to team members.Demonstrated ability to continuously adapt to new technologies and trends and learn new skills quickly.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
