Call Center Manager - Fluent English

We are seeking to recruit an experienced managerial/team leader from the call center industry in Mexico, with a proven track record of success in hirng for call agents.**Key Responsibilities**- Attracting new call agents to the business.- Conducting interviews with prospects.- Managing onboarding, training and dismissal activities.- Designing and implementing performance matrix and appraisal systems- Employment relationship management.- Working closely with stakeholders ensuring the smooth operation of the office.**Essential Requirements**- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a managerial post with call centers.- Extensive experience recruiting for call agents to contact centers.- Start-up or scale-up experience, we are expecting a swift growth in staff members over the next 12 month.- Fluent and clear spoken English.**Job Type**: PermanentPay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Ciudad de México: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Call Agents recruitment: 2 years (required)**Language**:- fluent English (required)Work Location: In person
