**Recruitment Leader**We are looking for a Recruiting Leader to manage and lead the Recruiting team efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our organization working with Operations, Support, and administrative teams and leaders as internal clients.This role must anticipate and launch recruitment processes in alignment with both, internal and external clients. Coordinate, execute, and control the talent attraction and selection strategy for bilingual operational and administrative vacancies, ensuring compliance with the required coverage and quality times, for the different lines of business.This person must be 100% bilingual.**Main Responsibilities**:- In collaboration with leaders and managers, design and validate best practices for attracting, sourcing, and selecting professionals for our open positions.- Provide new ideas and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of selection processes, methods, and technologies.- Schedule and publish of the vacancies requested by Management.- Guarantee weekly coverage of business lines.- Plan alternative recruitment scenarios based on business needs.- Create metrics (KPIs) and reports (daily, weekly, monthly). Preparation of management reports.- Create and monitor cost efficiencies for Cost Per Acquisition aligned with budget and expectations.- Actively participate in meetings with clients and future clients to discuss recruitment processes.- Application of interviews by skills.- Perform audits of the Recruiting team. Design new audits to be performed by the team according to changes and new processes.- Prioritize various requests from the recruiting and staffing team.- Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.- Coordinate recruitment teams at different positions.**You Must Have**:- 5+ years of experience working in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Operations.- 3+ years of experience leading teams.- Advanced English level.
