Position OverviewOur role will give you a chance to build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties including Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a crucial part in our TA Administration process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every step.
Your responsibilities will focus on overseeing and managing activities connected to selection and onboarding and vetting processes for our multiple sites across Mexico.
You'll focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.What you'll do Administer selection and pre-onboarding processes (including but not limited to background check screening, collecting and reviewing candidate's documents, updating the system and relevant trackers, preparing the contracts, resolving queries from candidates, Hiring Managers and stakeholders)Day to day contact with Candidates, HR and Hiring Team.
