As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for improving the customer experience of our adult students and grads seeking career transitions into tech jobs.This is a role for a problem solver who thinks strategically, and task manager who wants to have their hands, mind, and heart in several things at once; and who can collaboratewell with others.**Main Focus & Metrics**- Our Graduate Employment Rate- Time-to-Employment (from graduation to when they land their new job)**Main Challenges**Right now we have the ambitious goal to create the #1 Career Services program in our industry for our graduates, helping many of our adult learners to make a successful career transition. You will need to define key reasons why our students don't get job offers within 6 months after graduation and find solutions how to improve our services.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the EdTech, Career Services, or related work.- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.- Proven track record of managing full product cycles and delivering measurable improvements.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across multiple teams.**Preferred Experience / Skills**- Experience with career development programs or educational services.- Familiarity with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in career services and EdTech.- Innovative thinker with a capacity to operate both strategically and tactically.What you will do:**Product Cycle Development**- Define and prioritize career product initiatives that align with business objectives and customer needs.- Own the full cycle of product experimentation around Career Services, from hypothesis setting to experiment design, implementation, and evaluation.- Drive continuous improvement through iterative experimentation and data-driven decision-making
