**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
The CBS Manager is the global strategist at CPI who organizes and ensures the implementation of the CBS fundamentals, Improvement Projects and related events at CPI Querétaro, as well as their follow-up, the promotion, improvement and implementation of systems and tools in the organization. Improvement efforts are mainly carried out at CPI Querétaro.
The CBS Manager has a relevant relationship with all areas of CPI in order to evaluate processes, current states, identify areas of opportunity and coordinate improvement. The CBS Manager analyzes the flow of operations, materials and information and quantifying the risks and opportunities to focus business resources on projects that represent greater added value. Ensuring standard operation according to customer demands.
The CBS Manager will have a direct impact on our business group, responsible for:
- Ensures the proper use and implementation of the Crane Business System, the principles, as well as the use of the tools in the Mexico plant and in those cases that are required in other sites, suppliers or clients.
- Ensure standard operation, balancing of operations and manufacturing staff required according to customer demands.
- Ensure the implementation of the site strategy.
- In order to facilitate Continuous Improvement efforts (mainly Kaizen), the CBS Manager is responsible for developing Tool Champions in the different CBS tools.
- Analyze the proposals and improvements to the supply chain so that they are aligned with the business objectives.
- Coordinate the update of part numbers and standard times for accesses in SAP.
- Keep the site layout updated and monitor the Future Factory Vision.
- Operational excellence.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- English level: Advanced
- Experience in:
- Desirable 3 Years in Development of Operational Excellence (Continuous Improvement Tools)
- Desirable 5 Years in Implementation of Continuous Improvement Systems and Tools
- Desirable 5 Years leading events / improvement efforts globally.
- Desirable knowledge: Handling of Lean and Kaizen Tools, Six Sigma Methodology (DMAIC), Manufacturing processes of electronic assemblies, Elaboration of capacity analysis, analysis of Bottlenecks and methods for Line Balancing, Material supply systems (KANBAN), Knowledge of ergonomics, Preparation and Modification of Layouts, Project management.
