This role will be instrumental in driving and empowering a vibrant organizational culture through different initiatives / areas within Cemex.
This position will support the content creation of audiovisual materials such as communication campaigns, infographics, video tutorials, animated gifs, etc. and transform complex concepts into digestible and impactful pieces of information.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- **Strategy Development**:Take ownership of creating strategies to promote cultural change within the organization. Work closely with different stakeholders to co-create tailored approaches that align with organizational objectives and values.
- **Content Creation**: Design and develop engaging content to support organizational culture initiatives. These audiovisual materials should effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement.
- **Co-Creation and Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create and refine deliverables that resonate with diverse audiences.
- **Consultant and advisor**: Work closely with different teams to understand their needs, demands and requirements and monitor progress, gather feedback, share recommendations, and design strategies as needed to ensure the impact.

**Qualifications**:
- Language Proficiency:
- English C1 Level (TOEFL ITP >=550, TOEFL BT >=80, IELTS >=7 or equivalent)
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration.
- Great communication and writing skills.
- Design skills.
- Years of Experience:
- 2 - 3 years
