The ETHOS Analyst leads the Ethics and Compliance program execution and evolution globally, providing general support on four levers: Awareness, Case Management, Governance and Guidelines to build an ethical culture for everyone everywhere.**Main Responsibilities**:- Awareness: coordinate design, execution, and follow-up of communication campaigns to showcase ETHOS program and foster the use of ETHOSline. Support CEMEX University to build learning programs focused on ethical behaviors and specific learning pathways. Application to World's most ethical companies.- Case Management: reception and distribution of worldwide reports to corresponding local committee (22) or specific corporate functional areas for investigation based on the official dissemination protocol. Build quarterly reports for specific stakeholders (Audit, ETHOS Group, Global Ethics and Compliance Committee). Coordinate training sessions for Local ETHOS administrators and Local Committee members on relevant topics.- Governance: Ensure local committees have representation of each of the compliant functional areas. Coordinate new investigation protocols for specific primary issues and make sure our protocols are always up to date (investigation, report management, consequences)- Guidelines: coordinate the design, execution and follow-up of Our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct upgrade.**Position Challenges**:- Exceptional attention to detail- Data Management- Manage teams through influence.- Stakeholder management- Strict confidentiality**Qualifications**:- Expert spoken and written English and Spanish.- Proficient use of Excel, PPT, Microsoft Office 365.- High multicultural strategic communication skills.- Graphic Design skills are desirable.- Legal, Internal Control, Auditing experience is desirable.- Power BI knowledge is desirable.**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL:- 22 Local Committee Administrators in all regions- ~150 local committee members (Legal, Internal Control, HHRR, GES, ERM, Process Assessment)- ETHOS Group (Legal, Internal Control, HHRR, GES, ERM, Process Assessment Corporate Heads)- Global ETHICS and Compliance CommitteeEXTERNAL:- Platform partners (NAVEX)- ETHISPHERE (World's most ethical companies award)- Design teams**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
