Trade financing and short-term credit line financing management including monitor of different types of financial operations and agreements, providing financial solutions for the Company.**Main Responsibilities**:- Management of financial agreements of the Company- Supervision of financial agreements' covenant obligations.- Negotiation and establishment of short-term credit lines with both domestic and foreign financial institutions.- Duly support other finance areas with due diligences of new emissions regarding consolidation and delivery of required information.- Working Capital line management with third party and other involved areas within CEMEX involving letters of credit and other working capital programs- Management of commodities' operations documentation- Management of the Company's Pension Funds through coordination with financial institutions, through consolidation of reports from investment banks and price valuation validation given by an external company**Position Challenges**:- Assure covenants' surveillance and compliance- Ensure and optimize use of short-term credit lines to cover the Company's cash needs at the lowest cost.- Maintain hedge accounting documentation in order coordinating areas involved (tax, legal, regional treasury)**Qualifications**:- 100% English- Preferred 1 year experience in similar position- Finance, Accounting and/or Administration degree or similar- Organization, teamwork, responsibility, presentation skills, work under pressure, analytic- Priorities Balancing- Process and Efficiency**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL: Internal relations with different areas within CEMEX such as Planning, Comptrollership, Legal, and Regional Treasuries.EXTERNAL: International Financial Institutions (BNP Paribas, HSBC, Sumitomo Bank, Citibank, Scotiabank, Intesa San Paolo, ING Bank) Local Financial Institutions (Banorte, Santander, Banamex, Actinver, Vector Casa de Bolsa)**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
