**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the right talent is in place to meet current and future demands.
- Ensure succession planning programs to identify high-potential employees for leadership positions.
- Design or enable our talent with training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Support the design and implementation of performance management systems.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making in talent planning and development.
- Ensure an alignment of framework of clear and effective employee communications on a broad variety of topics.
- Contribute to deliver a holistic workforce experience throughout a meaningful in-person activities that allow our talent to connect with the company and their sense of belonging
- Oversee initiatives and feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and focus groups, to enhance employee engagement and improve the overall employee experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
