ANDE is a global network of organizations that propels entrepreneurship in emerging markets. ANDE members provide critical financial, educational, and business support services to small and growing businesses (SGBs) based on the conviction that SGBs will create jobs, stimulate long-term economic growth, and produce environmental and social benefits. Ultimately, we believe that SGBs can help lift countries out of poverty. Launched with 34 members in 2009, ANDE now comprises almost 275 members who collectively operate in more than 150 countries. The ANDE team is headquartered in Washington, DC, but has eight regional offices that span Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia.**The Opportunity**The ANDE Central America and Mexico (CAM) Chapter is hiring a Program Coordinator to support the chapter operational chapter activities. This role will work directly with the Program Chapter Head and Senior Program Coordinator to provide administrative, systems, and operational support to the chapter team, as well as engage with ANDE members, as required.This role will expose you to the Small and Growing Business (SGB) sector in emerging markets and provide a variety of skill-building opportunities including project management and communication. This role is based in Mexico and will report to the Program Associate.**Profile and qualifications**You are a resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented person, who has excellent interpersonal skills. You welcome challenges that will stretch you. You are always happy to help where you can and are quick to direct people to relevant resources when you can't give them a direct answer. You are a team player and are quick to do what needs to be done to achieve team goals.You are a person that can work well independently
