**Objective**Play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role focuses on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.**Main Responsibilities**- The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.- Create change management strategy for strategic projects.- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.- Coach and accompany Project Sponsors, Process Owner and Project leaders to successfully execute change and manage resistance, as part of sponsor roadmap an coaching plans.- Integrate change management activities into project plans.- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.- Manage the Change Management portfolio and change load.**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Innovation, Psychology.- Change Management Practitioner.- Experience Required: Project Management, Design Thinking Communication skills, Executive presentations - desirable.- Skills: Assertiveness and Courage, Influence and Persuasion, Global Perspective, People Development, Strategic Vision- Languages Proficient English- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
