Coach the local team on compliance topics. In the case of local vendors or outsourcing partners, participate in the governance, review of the performance/KPIs.- Project management: Lead or support any initiative or project impacting employees. Those could be automation, vendor change, new HR policy, new Finance process, data quality campaign, new global reporting, among others.- Administrative/Compliance support: Be the main point of contact for internal controls and auditors, facilitate internal and external audit. Be the point of contact for statutory bodies. Provide expertise and recommend decisions. Coordinate the annual compliance calendar with stakeholders.- About you- Experience:- _ Relevant experience in Human Resources Services, Service Operations environment_- _ Experience managing local audits in social security matters_- _ Experience with Human Resources and Human Resources Services Transformation projects
