Develop instructions and internal procedures to ensure compliance of changes and modifications required by CN, CoC or central entities.BEHAVIOR:Analytical and skills for problem solving techniques.Ability to work effectively in cross functional, and multifunctional teams in a global environment.Excellent communication skills: Internal and external.Dispensing Specialist Responsibilities:Maintain a clean and highly organized area, and participate in Lean Manufacturing 5S activities.Ensure compliance with BOSCH standards (KFV, VVT, DMD) and develop new process standards according to COC experts.Ensure SEC standards and review new technologies for the dispensing process.Define and follow changes in the process, machinery, parameters, and materials in the dispensing process.Support validation of new part number implementations and new line launches.Train engineers and technicians on dispensing basics, materials used, mix ratio, and parameters of the process.Define and follow the procedures standard and validation for the dispensing process according to VVT, DMD, KFV.Eliminate non-value-added activities.Maintain constant communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and new requirements and communicate them to the MFP group.Identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and vulnerabilities in the process and provide training for engineers and technicians to solve them and implement these trainings and actions systematically.Authority and responsibility to initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record all problems relating to chemical dispensing (TIM, Sealing, Potting, gluing, curing, etc.
