Plus: If you have knowledge of systems such as Opera/Birchstreet/SUN/Micros.Excellent English and Spanish (Preferred) language.What you will do:Perform with accuracy and timeliness all accounting and financial reporting, books and records. (30%)Guide income auditor to ensure an effective internal control and safeguard the assets and resources of the hotel. (20%)Ensure monthly bank reconciliations, cash counts of all issued banks, including the general cashier, and reporting any discrepancies to the Director of Finance. (10%)Analyze and provide control over balance sheet and P&L accounts and assist in internal and external audits. (10%)Comply with and enforce Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in Embark. (10%)Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. (10%)Accurately record and check all sales revenues and settlement transactions in a timely fashion
