**Middle Office/MMO Manager- Participate and work with the Key Areas of the Business for new projects, implementation of new products, changes in Regulation, etc. Active participation in these projects and implementations is highly needed from the MO/MMO Manager.- Control and supervision for each Desk for both teams. Audit and control evaluation participation is a key element for this position. Participation in external and external Audits.- Lead two teams oriented to a control environment. Manage and lead both teams. Promote trainings and career development for them.- Constant evaluation and analysis for adding value to the Business and to efficient processes within the teams.- Constant communication with the Front Office and Sales people for any issue, investigation or support they need.
