Morgan.**Role Responsibilities**:Ownership of specific product management portfolio or new initiatives (e.G., develop payments and collections products) in Mexico. Designs product characteristics manage investment forecasts and risk assessments. Thinks broadly and innovatively when designing a product or a process considering significant product differentiators for the local market and value add to clients. Anticipates impact of internal and external factors and implement specific plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. Manage the regulatory agenda as well as design processes to comply with local regulation and control risk.**Key Accountabilities**- Manage the development of product enhancements, Payments and Collections- Mange regulatory agenda mainly for (SPEI and SPID)- By reviewing all related product design documents to ensure the required product features and functionalities are built according to the business requirements and according to JP Morgan's methodology and in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.- Identify and analyze risk and set proper controls and procedures to mitigate it
