The A&H claims team works with the business to support a wide array of products and offerings, through a complex and highly demanding distribution force and network.
Claims has the responsibility of delivering and materializing the product offer and promise.
In the case of A&H this opportunity is given in even the most sensible and highly complex situations where the health and well-being of our insureds and clients is touched and where we can make a significant difference at that level.
About the role

**What you need to know**:
The Claims Analyst I reports to the Personal Lines Claims manager.
**The main tasks of this position are**:
Review of claims (Pending list),
Adjustment of electronic equipment claims (prepare adjustment, quote similar equipment, request requirements and collect agreement signatures)
Payment to insured, payment to suppliers, notes in claims system SISE
Adjustment of reserves, filing in statutory electronic repository
Request and review AML requirements
Registration of bank accounts (registration of folios),
Preparation and distribution of non-appropriate claim rejection letters
Preparation of claim notice to UW team, interaction with SIU
Record of recoveries in claims system
Record of Non cash (recoveries made in favor of Insured)
Closing of reserves
Monitoring of claims assigned to independent adjusters when retained (review of reports, adjustments of reserves)

**What we're looking for**:
**Academic**: Business and/or Engineering

**Experience**:
1-3+ years of experience in the management of property, energy, marine claims for commercial and personal lines.
Along with the above expertise required for the job, the following skills are required:
**Critical**: attention to detail, analytical, organization, client service, sense of urgency.
