Job Summary:The Associate III independently operates high speed/large capacity automated equipment and completes a wide range of mail center functions and provides training and expertise to other employees.Key Responsibilities:- Verifies document quality; quality checks include machine set-up, tap, test, print, and indicia verification- The primary responsibility of this position will be to index incoming claims documents by entering the claim number or locating by research, associating the correct exposure for the type of document received and labeling the appropriate document type for system generated routing to the claim rep.- Creates contingency plans and develops alternative solutions- May manage data reports and process documents across departments- Is responsible for all set-up processes and maintaining supply levels; identifies problems viatroubleshooting and corrects problem or seeks assistance, as needed- Performs and/or assists in converting machines for processing set-up, to include flat-to-fold or fold-to-flat, and paper size changes, as dictated by jobFunctional Skills- Can establish standards, procedures, and benchmarks to minimize potential problems within functional area- Possesses mastery of personal computing to include use of advanced commands; aware of the various expansion boards, monitors, graphics devices, emulator boards, modems, and printers availableIntegon, a Great Place to Work, provides innovative technology and customer support services to major personal lines insurance providers, including Fortune 100 companies rated A+ (Superior), by A.M.
