Please note: This position requires full-time on-site availability in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.The DYADlaw Client Care Coordinator will be a passionate advocate for Immigration and Immigrant Rights. This position will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls such as monthly check-ins, updates, questions, etc. to all current clients.The Client Care Coordinator will play a key role in supporting clients throughout their case with DYADlaw, P.C. This position is crucial for maintaining high client satisfaction and ensuring smooth communication and care progression, where being a compassionate advocate for immigration and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service is the goal.Compensation: $21,000 MXN monthlyResponsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing an established number of customer relationships from case initiation to resolution.Coordinate with other team members to ensure tasks and milestones are achieved timely.Proactively communicate with clients on a regular basis (or as needed) regarding case updates, milestones, and any inquiries they may have, using email, phone, and text.Set and manage realistic client expectations, providing clear and empathetic guidance throughout the duration of their case.Address and resolve any client issues promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining the firm's reputation for exceptional customer service.Maintain availability in the Customer Service Incoming Call Queues. Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.Qualifications:This position requires full-time on-site availability in Hermosillo, Sonora.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Availability to work flexible hours and varying shifts to accommodate client needs across different time zones.Commitment to undergoing job-specific training to fully understand services, processes, and standards.Excellent listening skills, with an empathetic and supportive nature.Strong dedication to customer satisfaction and the ability to empathize with clients' situations.Familiarity with basic computer software, office systems, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping the focus on the customer.Keen interest in continuous learning about services and how they benefit clients.About Company: DYADlaw, P.C. - a fast-growing law firm passionate about helping immigrants with their legal status and defining their American Dreams is looking for its next team player.Come be a dream maker with us!#J-18808-Ljbffr
