Instead, their platform helps recruit the right market talent and facilitates interactive conversations, leveraging proprietary and proven processes for actionable knowledge exchanges that yield into a range of reports and content.The Client Manager has the role of a program manager, helping clients find success on the platform by understanding their needs an making sure the operations leaders understand and deliver success.The role reports directly to the head of Product and to the CEO as there is no role more critical to the success of each client.Some of your responsabilities and required skills include- Understand and synthesize client requirements in concise write-ups to attract and select the right facilitator and experts for each project.- Oversee the facilitators and engagement managers on active projects to ensure quality of all aspects impacting client satisfaction/delight.- Detect anomalies via dashboards and take proactive measures to keep projects on process.- Attend client scoping, prelaunch and check-in meetings and represent the process to the client as well as the client interests back to the company.- Oversee the quality of the expert recruiting resources and offer guidance to improve campaigns with a sense of empathy and urgency.- Oversee the onboarding process and coordinate outreach where needed to activate the selected experts into the engagements.- Proactively align project management with leadership and sales on priorities including staffing, onboarding, facilitation, engagement, and deliverables.- Proactively align with sales on upcoming client meetings and client success.- Recruit and manage staffing, onboarding, and support resources.- Display excellent client-facing professional communication.- Provide input on product and processes related to internal operations tools, the client experience, and facilitator experience.- Be vocal about your needs. Set expectations clearly and manage resources effectively to meet the expectations.- Be a proactive problem solver who takes ownership for outcomes.- Demonstrate accountability and teamwork in all aspects of the job
