We have an excellent opportunity for an outstanding individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Workday Consultant Must-Have Skills Provide subject matter expertise for the Workday technical areas Manage system integrations and perform optimizations as necessary Integration development, solution design & testing - Existing and New Integration Support SQA & User Acceptance Testing - Existing and New Integration Production Release Support - Existing and New Integration Post-Production Support - Existing and New Integration Ticket Management and regular production support activities Integration monitoring, Root cause analysis & coordination with relevant team/stakeholders Categorize/prioritize integration issues based on their impact on critical business processes and address high-priority issues promptly to minimize disruptions Review the status of integrations after the planned monthly maintenance from Workday Conduct regular reviews of the integration process to identify areas for improvement Why Cognizant?
