The Founder recognized an unmet need for remote Spanish-speaking employees in the U.S and the underutilized parallelism between Mexico and the U.S. Leveraging the understanding of the U.S, standard time zones, and similarity in work ethic, Tele-Help delivers the people and skills U.S companies require.
**Our Sales Representatives enjoy base compensation in addition to uncapped commissions.

**The Role**:
Staffing and Cold sales solution.
**You must have knowledge and experience with**:
- High-Volume Phone Based Sales 150 -200 calls per day
- Experience with successful phone sales
- Excellent English written and verbal skills.
You Must also have the following:
- good working computer
- headphones
- Strong Wi-fi
- Quite place to work
**Pay**
- $13,000 MXN start base salary.
- After 90 days with the company $15,000 MXN base salary.
- Up to $1,000 MXN Per successful sale
- Uncapped commission.
**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
