Coldemail Campaign Manager

We're hiring a Cold Email Campaign Manager to join our team!
You'll start with a competitive salary and have revenue-sharing opportunities after 3 months.

With a team of over 38, we specialize in transforming outbound efforts into lucrative revenue streams for our clients.
We are entirely bootstrapped, so nobody can ban you from sending memes in your follow-up emails.
You are the right fit if: You have experience specifically with B2B Outbound Marketing, particularly in cold email outreach; You have excellent English skills; You are a self-starter, love to learn new things daily, and get excited about results; You have a strong meme game; You're comfortable working from 9 EST to 5 EST (we need to accommodate our US clients).
What will your day-to-day be like: Managing multiple campaigns for clients.
Optimizing open rates and replies; Support the team by attending and engaging in meetings, and contributing to collaborative projects; Knows the ins and outs of the business of a successful marketing agency; Communicating with clients on results.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Cold-Email Marketing; Eagerness to deepen knowledge in B2B Outbound Marketing, especially in cold email strategies; Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; Demonstrated leadership abilities, fostering teamwork and guiding projects to success; Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continual learning and achieving measurable results.
