**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage Accounts Receivables for the branch, which includes "Daily" follow up on collections to make sure that customers are paying according to their payment terms, this includes local accounts as well as National or Global accounts. Follow up includes daily contact with customers & KN employees involved in a specific account to request support and make sure we document collection efforts.
- Create and publish aging reports for all active customers in a weekly basis in the branch share drive.
- He or she will also be responsible to monitor and address any no record invoices, upload invoices to payment company portals.
- Create semi-weekly billing reports.
- Progress will be measured in a weekly or by-weekly basis with meetings with the Office Manager and department managers if needed.
- Dispute and close out vendor disputes in system to meet corporate goals.
- Weekly vendor aging reports to be sent to 3rd party vendors to ensure that we are paying vendors on time.

**Qualifications**:
Must have two (2) years of administrative experience.

**Skills and/or Experience**:

- Successfully communicate - both verbal and written
- Possess a business professional demeanor
- Efficiently solve problems
- Establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
- Demonstrable organization skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office software

**Working Environment**:
Office environment

Salario: A partir de $16,720.00 al mes
