Widely acknowledged as the premier provider of community management services within their main area of operations, thanks to their frequent communication with clients, definitive guidelines, due dates, and reliable follow-through.**As Collections Assistant, your main activities will be**:- Contacting debtors by telephone to negotiate debt recovery.- Review meeting minutes to identify collection-related items (delinquent accounts, payment plans, hard collections, etc).- Data entry in SW and Excel.- Preparation of delinquency notices.- Preparation of dossiers for hard collections.- Support the Accounts Receivable team with any other related task.**WORK SCHEDULE**- Monday - Friday._- 9:00 AM. - 6:00 PM. CST.
