Mexico 66627****Position Responsibilities**- Manage a team of Accounts Receivable (AR) Associates / Specialists and onboard new talent.- Develop the team through mentoring and coaching.- Perform quality auditing and monitoring on team members and provide feedback.- Handle escalated customer issues and provide the team with strategies to reduce Accounts Receivable (AR) aging.**Minimum Requirements**- **Bilingual - 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (read, speak, write).**- Bachelor's degree.- 2+ years' experience in a Collections or Call Center environment.
