POSITION OBJECTIVE
Design and develop internal communication materials to serve all BRP Querétaro areas. Update communication channels to keep employees up to date with the most relevant information about the business, aligned with BRP's Corporate global strategy.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creation of communication materials using a variety of methods (Graphic design, copywriting, video, photography, and postproduction)
Assist and advise the management and executive team in the preparation of memos, presentations, and communication strategies.
Advise in planning, coordination and execution of internal campaigns and events.
Ensure communication messages and materials that are high quality, accurate, and integrated with our company's values.
Writing and curating impactful and engaging content.
Ensure that the company's communication channels are up to date, aligned with the mission, vision and objectives.
Generation of KPIs for executive presentations to local and Corporate Management
Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015
Comply with the security rules determined according to their role.
Comply on time with the planned training related to Quality and Training
Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
Monitoring of the purchasing and billing processes of the area.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Experience building and maintaining strong internal relationships.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and work effectively on a variety of projects concurrently in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
**Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite**: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools as well as Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Motivated, persuasive and priority driven.
Self-motivated and able to work independently
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing or a related field
**Experience**:
Min. 2 years minimum of experience in the internal communications field
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
