**Main Purpose**:
Drive Sigma's transformation success as a strategic communication partner, collaborating with global stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver impactful initiatives. Provide effective expertisse, inspiring and engaging stakeholders through exceptional communication and leadership skills.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Work collaboratively within the global Transformation and OU´s teams to co-design, support, and execute communication initiatives, that support Sigma's Transformation including fundamentals, processes, systems and capabilities (Purpose, fundamentals, epical among others)
- Collaborate with global leaders and teams to align objectives and messaging
- Establish strategic relationships with key stakeholders to support the process of defining and prioritizing communication initiatives
- Customize communication initiatives to address specific needs in different areas or geographies
- Provide insights and consultancy that helps improve the intention of messages, use of media and definition of spaces to accelerate the transformation.
- Facilitate the execution of communication by having control of the process in each of the implementation phases (monitoring)
- Engage mid-to-senior stakeholders in constructive conversations to confirm shared understanding and prevent miscommunication
- Provide global support for implementation and documentation in fundamental interventions aligned with organizational goals
- Integrate feedback from OUs and stakeholders to foster co-creation and ensure initiative buy-in
- Drive communication strategy, aligning deployment, coherence, and performance metrics through the employee communication plan
Complementary Information
Education
- Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, or related area
Experience & Skills
- Experience in managing communication channels, both digital and traditional, within a corporate environment.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within organizational transformation, cultural change, or internal communications.
- Experience in leading campaign initiatives or employee engagement programs.
- Strong experience in content creation, including writing, editing, and producing communication materials (e.g., newsletters, intranet content, presentations).
- Additional qualifications in leadership development, employee engagement, or organizational psychology are beneficial.
