The role will be critical to increase the impact and efficiency of the Social Intelligence Capability by facilitating knowledge sharing and expertise across GBS and PepsiCo regions, executing ad-hoc projects and supporting to create compelling stories.The team is based out of Hyderabad & Mexico City providing media monitoring, social listening, and analytical support the Corporate Communications Function. The role requires the individual to enable the Communications team's evolution to be more data and insights driven, through real-time monitoring; consumer behaviour & trends, corporate brand insights, Global Communcations Scorecard; issues management and identifying engagement opportunities and optimizations across owned, earned, and paid media channels. The individual will engage with key stakeholders within the Coprorate Affairs function, as well as within GBS, and will be often be responsible for timely updates that deal with sensitive matters
