We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to help grow our startup's digital presence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, design, and social media management, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will play a key role in shaping our brand and driving our engagement through thoughtful, well-planned campaigns.Responsibilities:Plan and design social media campaigns aligned with the company's overall strategies.Implement and execute social media campaigns across various platforms.Develop and define the communication and content style, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Create, edit, and share engaging content in English, including visuals (pictures, videos, infographics), status updates, and articles on the company's social media accounts.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to social media efforts and digital tools, providing reports and insights to improve engagement and outcomes.
Requirements: 1+ year of experience in community management, preferably in a tech-related field.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design/editing written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc...) and online forums.
A team player is a must with strong multitasking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.
Adaptable and eager to learn, especially for creating content on unfamiliar topics.
Desirable Skills:Experience with additional design software, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, and content design for platforms like LinkedIn and experience with project management tools.
Basic video editing skills (, for YouTube).
Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and adjust campaigns accordingly.Proactive, with a continuous learning mindset and the ability to adapt to new tools and trends.
