The Total Rewards Program Specialist will leverage her/his expertise and partnership skills with internal stakeholders and external experts to design and deploy effective and meaningful programs. This is a unique opportunity to significantly impact these program as we transition Flowserve's to a purpose and value-based culture.Responsibilities & Requirements:- Manage all aspects of selected Global Total Rewards programs including strategy, design, benchmarking and execution- Overhaul and rollout Flowserve's Recognition Program (Spirit of Flowserve) to create alignment with Flowserve strategy, values and behaviors- Assess and redesign the international relocation program in collaboration with HR and Business Leaders to support talent mobility aligned with our Talent Management Strategy- Manage and partner with Global Relocation providers to ensure flawless delivery of services under the Relocation Program
