.**Primary Location **: Mexico-Baja California Norte-Mexicali**Description**:**JOB SUMMARY**Provide analytical support for the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs including job evaluation, salary structure development, salary planning, savings plans, and group insurance. This role must understands and applies principles and practices of the compensation and benefits specialties, and will be responsible to prepare complex reports for management review and consideration with scope for the LATAM region.CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible to Survey Salary participations completion according to the Medline global agreements- Design & maintenance of the LATAM salary market reference points- Analyze and develop the organization's compensation and benefits programs Assist in the design and implementation of base pay and incentive programs, equity plans, and benefits programs that reflect the Medline Compensation Philosophy. Evaluate, benchmark, and market price jobs Analyze compensation data and recommend salary grades.- Assist in the administration of performance review, merit programs, Formula Bonus, Compensation offers, and Medline Job structure- Review proposed salary increases and provide feedback based on analysis of the labor market and internal equity- Analyze and forecast the cost of compensation and benefits programs- Ensure programs align with business objectives and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.- Participate in market surveys according to Medline global agreement- Create communication pieces that inform employees of benefits options.- Coordinate the meets benefits vendors for annual policy review.
