Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people**Job Description**:Setting up of Competency development centerOwning the training Plan and assuring trainings as per planCollaboration with technical leads across Bosch locations for training content preparationResponsible for deploying the right skills to the team and making the team knowledgeableSupport Technical experts & Team Leads on Competency development planCollaboration with local universities on new development topics, Electives and labsConnect with Industries to represent Bosch in multiple forums at MexicoGood communication & coordination skillsEnhancing the Training plan based on the needsConnections to external training world / VendorsMonthly Status report to the management on the trainings & gaps.**Qualifications**:**Skills, Knowledge and Experience Levels**:- Bachelor degree in **Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or similar.**:- Minimum of 8+ years working experience- Ability to work effectively and multi-tasking- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.- Passion for automotive engineering.- Advanced English language skills.- Leadership skills- Independent and responsible working style with a strong focus on details.- Collaborating with international and cross divisional teams and implement best practices**Nice to have**:- Experience with Agile methodologies.- Prior experience in designing curriculum & organising trainings for an organizationIf you like challenges and willingness to overcome obstacles, we are looking for you!
