All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status._**Role and Responsibilities**- Create, review, and update procedures for new projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.- Maintain an organized document storage structure, making information readily accessible for compliance purposes.- Support regular client meetings, assisting in managing and distributing meeting agendas to address compliance concerns.- Collaborate in drafting, reviewing, and distributing monthly compliance reports to clients, emphasizing adherence to regulatory guidelines.- Maintain task products to streamline workflow and ensure timely completion of compliance-related tasks.- Interface with third parties such as O&M providers, solar EPCs, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met.- Review monthly reports from O&M providers to identify potential issues and drive necessary actions for compliance.- Complete regularly scheduled compliance filings, adhering to deadlines and ensuring accuracy in documentation.- Address and mitigate cybersecurity considerations related to policies, procedures, and evidence gathering to enhance overall security measures.- Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the compliance manager**Required Qualification & Education**- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university or 2-4 years of administration internal controls work-related experience.- Minimum 2 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles**Required Skills & Competencies**- Working knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.**Preferred Skills & Competencies**- Expertise in MS Office and Adobe suite of products.**Additional Notes**Experience with a U.S. based company preferred.
