Compliance Manager

**ACSI is looking for a Compliance manager to join our team.****Activities**- Reviewing and monitoring call recordings, chat transcripts, and other interactions between call center agents and customers to ensure that they are in compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.- Developing and implementing compliance training programs for call center agents to ensure that they understand and follow all relevant rules and regulations.- Investigating and resolving compliance-related issues, such as customer complaints or agent misconduct.- Keeping up to date with regulatory changes and ensuring that the call center is aware of any new requirements or changes to existing regulations.- Collaborating with other departments within the organization, such as legal and risk management, to ensure that the call center is operating in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.**WORK ON SITE**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 a la semanaHorario:- Turno de 10 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Programa de referidosLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
