DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team Overview:We are seeking a senior Fintech Compliance Officer to provide compliance consulting and advice for our financial technology company, ensuring that our business is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.Role Responsibilities:- Oversee the company's compliance policies and procedures to ensure that the company's business complies with domestic and international regulatory requirements.- Analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and standards to provide compliance consulting and advice for the company's business.- Develop and update the company's compliance policies and procedures to ensure that they comply with the latest laws, regulations, and standards.- Work with business units to ensure that they understand and comply with the company's compliance policies and procedures.- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and establish and implement measures to address identified risks.- Monitor and report on the company's compliance risks, and take action to address risks and non-compliant behavior.- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to ensure that the company complies with regulatory requirements.- Oversee the company's anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing efforts to ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.- Manage the company's compliance training program to ensure that employees understand the company's compliance policies and procedures.Role Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Law, Finance, or a related field.- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with experience in Fintech compliance preferred.- Familiarity with domestic and international financial regulatory laws and standards, with good legal literacy.- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, employees, and regulatory agencies
