**Vacante para la empresa Talentoría en Zona Centro - San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato**:**Education, Experience and Knowledge Requirements**:- Two (2) years' front desk and/ or concierge experience in hospitality, private club and property management environments preferred; - Bi-lingual in Ability to fluently read, speak, write and comprehend the English language; - Ability to communicateclearly and concisely, orally and in writing, maintain good active listening skills and follow oral and written Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals and adhere to all standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos and oral instruction; - Ability to speak effectively before groups of Team Members, Owners and Guests; - Basic Microsoft Office(Word, Excel) skills including the ability to understand other computer programs (i.E., property management software and housekeeping scheduling systems) in a computer-based environment is a plus; - Ability to assess and evaluate standard and critical situations quickly and accurately; - Ability to resolve Owner & Guests concerns s following the company's policies and procedures and ensure the proper resolution; - General knowledge of occupational hazards and necessary safety precautions associated with work; - Ability to establish and maintain effective and courteous relationships and effectively communicate with other employees, Owners, Guests and other business contacts; and- A valid Driver's license**Nível de educación deseada**:Media Superior**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Turismo / Hotelería**Industria**:Hotelería**Habilidades**:- servicio al cliente- comunicación- resolución de problemas- conserjería
