As a result, our people get to work on some of the most exciting projects in the world._ITIM Data Centres will act as client representative on a project/program, providing advice based on knowledge of the Client requirements, local Mexican market and international client projects/programs to provide an optimal client outcome.**Job Description**:Data Center IT Integration Manager (ITIM) is responsible for project management of all integration and fit-out activities associated with company-owned system and/or services and critical infrastructure that is required to be installed into a new data center build or lease facility to deliver capacity to the business.The role requires identification and management of scopes and interdependencies among all external and internal stakeholders and coordinating same with the physical construction build and general contractor. ITIM is responsible for coordinating the handover process and ensuring the required handover documentation and expectations are met to handover the space to our Operations teams and the business.**Qualifications**:**Education/Experience**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, Architectural or related- Minimum of 7 years professional experience- High degree of accuracy and local market knowledge- Fluent English & Spanish- Member of a professional institute preferred eg. PMI- Knowledge of the development of high and medium tension substations, as per regulatory entity (CFE), and knowledge of data centres main elements, as chillers and long lead items- Experience in managing data centre infrastructure deployments.- Data Centre Certification process knowledge preferable.- Experience with regional construction markets, supply chain, culture and practices. Experience with various project management tools and practices in Mexico.- Experience managing vendor relationships and understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including knowledge of fast-track design & build processes and associated documents and contracts.- Demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and stakeholder management..- Requires strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.- Must be a strong project manager with the ability to self-direct
