**Your Role**:
As the Construction Project Manager at Whitebox Group, you will be responsible for managing all phases of our construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of the construction process.
- Lead project planning sessions to establish milestones and project goals.
- Manage the budget, project resources, and materials procurement.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to discuss layout and construction procedures.
- Monitor the progress of construction activities regularly and hold status meetings.
- Handle any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain constant communication with managing partners to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of construction staff and contractors.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
**Your Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in Quintana Roo region.
- Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
- Expertise in building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
