Contador Junior - Bilingüe

**Responsibilities**:- Assisting with system access, card requests, or deactivations as needed- Validating receipts and transaction descriptions provided to support reimbursement requests or credit card charge- Following up with employees on any insufficient documentation- Updating Divvy (T&E platform) or TravelPerk (travel booking platform) with new accounting analytics as needed- Routing out of policy travel for approval- Answer questions from employees regarding travel or expense reimbursement policies- Manage workflows within our platforms- Assist with preparation of related journal entries on a weekly basis- Support accounting team with reconciliations as needed- Coordinate with international subsidiaries on providing travel documentation**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance- 0 - 2 years' experience in accounting- Excellent English communication skills**Your benefits**:- Work from home- Build your resume in a transnational company- Excellent work environment- Features of the lawTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Trabajar desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoExperiência:- Accounting: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
