Responsible of coordinating, administrating and designing training content, such as manuals, presentations, visual aids, courses, online courses, assessments, activities, etc. that guarantee that our ambassadors can successfully perform the required tasks by office. In charge of ensuring the relevancy, effectiveness and accuracy of the existing training material. Job Responsibilities - Coordinate the workload, tasks and priorities of the Content Development department - Create training curriculums from beginning to end for different lines of business. - Diagnose and assess the needs of the operation and design learning solutions tailored to them. - Use authoring tools to design traditional and online courses. - Collaborate with Trainers, Training Supervisors and Training Manager to provide solutions to learning gaps in existing training material. - Periodically audit results of existing training material to guarantee its effectiveness, relevancy and accuracy. - Manage the company's learning management systems (LMS). - Collaborate with Training U.S for special projects. - Collaborate with internal business leaders for implementation of new projects.

Experiência y requisitos
- Scholarship: University/ College (Desirable) - Specialized Knowledge - Articulate 360 / Rise 360 / Storyline or other authoring tools - Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Adobe Creative Cloud or other multimedia tools - Instructional Design - Computer Knowledge - MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Forms - Intermediate - Google slides - Basic/Desirable - MS Teams - Intermediate - Experience - 1 to 3 years of experience in training or education related fields - Advanced English Level - Troubleshooting - Organization
