**YOUR TASK WILL BE**

**1. leadership and implementation of the culture of continuous improvement.**

**2. involvement in the process of continuous improvement in quality aspects, poka yoke devices, cost reduction and training in general.**

**3. promote changes to current and future processes based on the concepts of lean six sigma.**

**4. participate as a creative member in the culture of change.**

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**

Industrial engineering completed or related

1-3 years of previous experience in a similar position

Six sigma green belt certification
