This individual will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing contractual agreements between the Company and various stakeholders.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Manage contracts by drafting, renewing, and negotiating with suppliers, vendors, contractors and other parties.Ensure that contracts adhere to regulatory requirements.Stay up to date on changes in regulations that may impact contractual agreements and coordinate with legal department as needed.Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the contracts protect the Company.Administer and monitor contracts throughout their lifecycle.Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on contractual matters.Create and maintain language standards for existing and new contracts.Maintain accurate record keeping and organized records of all contractual documents, correspondence and related details in SharePoint and physical repositories.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field. Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or relevant role may be considered in lieu.Strong negotiation skills and keen attention to detail and the ability to identify potential risks.The ability to analyze contracts, aiming to reduce costs and maximize profits while ensuring compliance with legal regulations, is required.Previous experience in contract management and familiarity with legal requirements and terms of use are highly desirable.Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.Excellent writing skills.Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners.SAP ERP knowledge and experience a plus.Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint.The annual pay-range for this position is from $65,832.00 - $85,010.00, based on experience
