Job Description:
Summary:
- Develops, evaluates and implements pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics, resulting in competitive pricing analysis. Partners with Sales/Marketing, Business Development and Finance to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements. Solves routine problems with complexity and limited scope following established policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with GPO pricing coordinators to discuss new RFP requirements for pricing, terms and conditions.
- Navigate required files to obtain key details on existing price points/ASP and perform analysis on impact of new pricing required by GPO.
- Develop and communicate monthly analytics dashboards to capture individual GPO or regional ASP movements and sales to pricing coordinators.
- Coordinate with Contracts and Pricing team analysts to standardize ASP calculations and dashboard creation.
- Perform other duties assigned by Contracts Pricing team or manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Bilingual role - must be proficient with written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to read, interpret and understand medical device contract language with high accuracy
- Three or more years of analyst experience.
- Ability to effectively utilize various excel functions and navigate pivot tables with ease and accuracy.
- Keyboard and 10 key skills to include both accuracy and speed
- Ability to communicate and write routine correspondence to internal and external customers
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Oracle or similar ERP software.
