Direct Purchases, Indirect/3PL Service agreements/BailmentsTransicold Mexico & Sensitech (LATAM).Dealer/Sales Intermediary implementationOnboarding & Training (Legal)Site Audits (LATAM Travel)Negotiate Distribution AgreementsSpecial Direct Sales projectsImplement Contract Lifecycle Management Project for LATAM Sales.Supply Agreements (spare parts, refurbish, OEM´s, Tier 2 parts development).SSS Carrier (Specialized service agreements, employee agreements, intercompany loans/payments, etc.).Empresas Carrier (treasury, loans, intercompany, recapitalizations)Carrier Corporation, North America Truck Trailer.WHQ purchases for both direct and indirect services where Mexico does majority of purchases.WHQ AgreementsStreamline processes (NDA´s, LTA´s, response time, etc.).Supplier Disputes (line stoppages, non-compliance, non-delivery, quality, etc.).3. Data Privacy Officer LATAM except BrazilDPO required by Law covers both employee/supplier requests.Data investigationsPersonal Data BreachesPrivacy Notices/ComplianceData Transfer AgreementsData mappingLocal Record retention coordination + Mexico specific requirements (Beneficiario Controlador, etc.)4. Intellectual PropertySpecial Transformation ProjectsIncoterm Expert, ITC contact point.
